- Photos you upload: Photos of yourself and garment images used to generate try-ons.
- Generated images: The virtual try-on results we create for you.
- Usage data: Pages visited, features used, and interactions to improve the product.
- Payment information: Processed securely by Stripe. We do not store your card details.
2. How We Use Your Information
- To provide and improve the virtual try-on service.
- To process payments and manage your account credits.
- To analyze usage patterns and improve user experience.
- To communicate with you about your account or service updates.
3. How We Store Your Data
Your photos and generated images are stored securely using Supabase (hosted in the EU). We use industry-standard encryption for data in transit and at rest.
4. Third-Party Services
We use the following third-party services:
- Supabase: Authentication and data storage.
- Stripe: Payment processing.
- Mixpanel: Product analytics (EU data residency).
- Google Analytics: Website traffic analysis.
- Vercel: Application hosting.
5. Your Rights
You can:
- Delete your account and all associated data at any time from your profile settings.
- Request a copy of your data by contacting us.
- Opt out of analytics by using browser privacy settings.
6. Data Retention
We retain your data as long as your account is active. When you delete your account, all photos, garments, and generated images are permanently removed.
